summer jam battle of the bands

In support of local Wichita music, KKRDONLINE.COM, KRZZONLINE.COM, FLY92WICHITA.COM and Q1065WICHITA.COM will host FAN & LISTENER VOTING for the BEST BAND IN WICHITA on their websites. A panel of judges will also contribute to the choice of best band, submitting scores ala “American Idol”.
Three Wichita bands will play live outside under the awning at the STEVEN SCOOTER STORE location on the west side of the STEVEN AUTO GROUP lot, Kellogg near Woodlawn from 2pm til 6pm Saturdays beginning this Saturday July 17th through the summer. The public is invited to attend SUMMER JAM BATTLE OF THE BANDS, light concessions and facilities will be available. Visitors to the Steven Auto Group lot will be encouraged to stop by, have a cold drink, hot dog and listen to some of the best Live, Local Music Wichita has to offer.
Performance slots are still available to any local band, more info is available at websites listed below.
